Safety Step and Tool Box
HPI Semi Step Boxes add storage and safety to your semi truck. Star punched steps provide traction and allow you to safely access your drom deck or closet guard. The built-in toolbox provides accessible storage to your truck even without a trailer in tow. Like everything else we build, the HPI Semi Step Box comes with Highway Products’ lifetime warranty.
Step Boxes are completely reinforced to prevent the torsional forces that causes welds to crack and boxes to fail. The Structure is the secret to our Million Mile Boxes, and allows Step boxes to be bolted to the frame without additional brackets.

Equipped with ¼” thick stainless-steel hinges with 3/8” knuckles secured by torx screws. The lift door stays upright with a drop-down kickstand to hold the door open while accessing the box contents.
Highway Products only uses the best materials available for all of our products. The Step Boxes are made of 1/8” 5052 1/8” and 1/10” 3003 diamond plate aluminum. Both alloys are well-known for their anti-corrosive properties.
